Deuterium isotope effect on the complexation of β-cyclodextrin and triplet xanthone in aqueous solution

摘要
The replacement of H2O by D2O as solvent leads to a significant decrease in the equilibrium constant for complexation of excited triplet xanthone with beta-cyclodextrin, mainly as the result of the decrease in the corresponding association rate constant.
