New oxyfluoride lead-free ferroelectric relaxors in the BaTiO3-BaZrO3-CaLiF3 system

摘要
New dielectric oxyfluoride ceramics have been obtained in the ternary system BaTiO3-BaZrO3-CaLiF3. X-ray powder diffraction studies determined the limits of perovskite-type solid solutions. Dielectric measurements were performed over the frequency and temperature ranges 10(2)-2x10(5) Hz and 77-450 K respectively. This ternary system shows both classical ferroelectric and relaxer ferroelectric behaviours depending on the composition. These results are related to ionic substitution and chemical bonding. These compositions are of interest for applications (dielectrics for capacitors, actuators) since they are environment-friendly. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
