摘要
We report an outbreak of influenza A (2009) H1N1 among healthcare workers in a coronary care unit in Thailand. The attack rate was 32% (7 of 32 healthcare workers) after detection of influenza A (2009) H1N1 pneumonia in the index patient. Estimated costs for the outbreak investigation and control plan were 12-fold higher than estimated costs of vaccination for healthcare workers. Infect Control Hosp Epidemiol 2010; 31(8):854-856
