摘要
A novel polyoxotungstate [CoW11O39(CpTi)](7-) (Cp=eta(5)-C5H5) has been prepared. This complex exhibits the highest antitumor activity in vitro among the cyclopentadienyltitanium substituted polyoxometalates investigated and has a remarkable inhibitory action on three types of human cancer cells, SSMC-7721, HL-60 and HLC, in vivo.
