Dynamical-symmetry content of transitional IBM-1 hamiltonians

摘要
The localization of the IBM-1 eigenstates in bases corresponding to various dynamical symmetries of the model is quantified by the information entropy of the wave functions. Apart from the three standard limits, also two additional symmetries, following from phase ambiguities of the SU(3) and SO(6) generators, are considered. It is shown that the degree of the eigenfunction localization in the symmetry bases is correlated with the previously-found chaotic measures inside the Casten triangle. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
