摘要
An X-ray diffraction method based on measurement of lattice strains has been applied to determine residual stresses in plastically deformed duplex stainless steel. In this method the interplanar spacings are measured for various orientations of the scattering vector. The non-standard interpretation of the experimental data is based on the least square fitting procedure, in which the theoretical results of the self-consistent model are used. The method was successfully applied to the study of residual stresses in two-phase steel subjected to tensile deformation. Significant anisotropy of the incompatibility stresses was observed in textured samples. The values of the anisotropic microstresses exceeded those of the macrostresses and increased with the magnitude of applied deformation. (C) 2004 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
