摘要
The use of Raman spectroscopy as a tool for quantitative analysis is discussed. The high information content and good spectral resolution typical of Raman spectra allow simple analytical models to be accurate and robust. Spectral preprocessing, noise analysis and multivariate methods applied to more complex samples are also discussed.
