摘要：

The late 1950s marked the initial introduction of formal project management. The scheme is evident in the creation and construction of many different historical artifacts and cultural improvements. In fact, a number of such projects can be found throughout the history of mankind. These projects have created change or have been carried out as responses to change. Overall, Project Management has had a major impact on the theory and practice of management.
