摘要
Polyaniline was prepared by the oxidative polymerisation of aniline with ammonium peroxydisulfate in the presence of various acids. Both inorganic and organic acids have been included. Amorphous and semi-crystalline polyanilines have been obtained by polymerisations at 20 degreesC and -50 degreesC, respectively. The conductivity of polyaniline pellets has been measured in situ during their thermal ageing at 173 +/- 1 degreesC and the observed differences in the electrical stability are discussed. The best stability of conductivity at elevated temperature was achieved with samples protonated with methanesulfonic or hydrofluoric acid. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
