Modification of Langmuir solitons due to ion sound dispersion

摘要：

The modifications of Langmuir solitons caused by the dispersion of the ion sound are investigated. They include the soliton resonant radiation, soliton deformation, and the decrease of the soliton amplitude and velocity because of the radiation. The results of the previous paper [Karpman and Schamel, Phys, Plasmas 4, 120 (1997)] are confirmed and completed. (C) 1995 American first Institute of Physics.
