摘要：

We used data collected on participants in the Framingham Offspring Study to test the hypothesis that low levels of serum albumin and low levels of serum bilirubin have synergistic effects on the risk of myocardial infarction. After adjustment for traditional risk factors, our findings suggest that low albumin and low bilirubin levels are associated with a greater than expected risk of myocardial infarction in men and women.
