摘要：

Although systemic mycotic diseases are uncommon in cats, they are important diagnostic differential considerations in sick cats, especially in those with uveitis. This article reviews the available literature on disseminated fungal infections in cats and concentrates on the ocular manifestations of these diseases. Pathogenesis, diagnostics, and therapy for cryptococcosis, histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, coccidiomycosis, aspergillosis, and candidiasis are emphasized.
