摘要
Spin-cast ribbons are produced with the whole composition range of transition atoms FexCoyNizSb24 (x+y+z = 8). The phase constitution and the variations of the lattice parameter, ring shape and Seebeck coefficient with the composition are investigated. The methods used for the measurement include X-ray diffraction (XRD) profiles, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) under a transmission electron microscope and thermoelectromotive forces.
