摘要
The effect of pH and of the time of electrodeposition on the composition and morphology of CoMn layers, obtained at highly negative potentials in the presence of boric acid, was studied. Electrodeposition of CoMn at higher pH facilitates incorporation of O and Mn. The coatings undergo substantial changes in composition and morphology in the course of their growth. With increase of the time of electrodeposition and decrease of the pH, the amount of the manganese complex decreases and it is no more able to block the deposition of Co.
