摘要：

A 34 year-old female presented with bloodstained pleural effusion and ascites. investigation revealed a pelvic mass. She underwent exploratory laparotomy, and was found to have endometriosis. Total abdominal hysterectomy and right salpingo-oophorectomy was performed.
