摘要
This paper deals with developing automatic classification algorithms for identifying images of F-actin distribution in endothelial cells with different treatment of drugs. A novel combination of genetic algorithm based feature selection, used to obtain an optimal feature set, and artificial neural network methods including the multilayer feedforward network and the functional link network was used in the classification.
