摘要：

Since 1960, there has been a consistent and high level of interest in fluorinated cyclopropanes. The chemistry of fluorinated cyclopropanes and cyclopropenes is reviewed. The literature is covered through the end of the year 2001. The emphasis is to provide a critical analysis of the effect of fluorine substituents on cyclopropane and cyclopropene reactivity.
