Novel MOS-C balanced-input balanced-output filter using the current feedback operational amplifier

摘要
A new bandpass-lowpass filter using a current feedback; op.-amp. (CFOA) and MOS transistors operating in the non-saturation region is presented. The filter employs six CFOAs and realizes balanced-input balanced-output bandpass-lowpass responses with independent control of Q. PSice simulation results for the proposed balanced-input balanced-output MOS-C filter are also given.
