摘要
Nanocrystalline and nanoporous materials with unique characteristics have attracted a great deal of research interest in the past decade. This paper discusses the latest advances in nanostructure processing which enable us to better control surface area, cluster size, grain morphology, pore structure, component dispersion, phase distribution, and defect concentration to engineer advanced catalysts with significantly improved reactivity and selectivity. Areas deserving further research to explore and realize the full potential of nanostructured catalytic materials are presented.
