High-pressure structural investigation of ferromagnetic Nd2Mo2O7 -: art. no. 104103

摘要
Hydrostatic (physical) pressure effects on the oxygen coordinate u and the Curie temperature T-C were investigated for ferromagnetic Nd2Mo2O7 with the pyrochlore structure. We compared the physical pressure data with the chemical pressure data reported so far, and found that both the quantities, u and T-C, scale the lattice constant a. Based on the pressure variation of u, we interpreted the lattice effect on T-C in terms of geometrical frustration.
