Supersaturated spontaneous nucleation to TiO2 microspheres: synthesis and giant dielectric performance

摘要
A facile supersaturated spontaneous nucleation method was initiated to fabricate novel hierarchical microspheres assembled from roughly parallel rutile TiO2 nanowires, which showed a dielectric constant of similar to 10(4) level, about one order of magnitude larger than those for all other polymorphic TiO2.
