摘要
Text data mining (TDM) techniques were applied to aircraft science and technology (S&T) records retrieved from two source technology databases for the purpose of obtaining technical intelligence on aircraft S&T. Two complementary TDM techniques were used: bibliometrics and computational linguistics. Results confirm that database tomography and bibliometrics are extremely effective tools for technology program managers in the development of an investment strategy.
