摘要
(Chemical equation presented) A golden opportunity: A mechanism has been proposed to account for the chemoselective hydrogenation of α,β- unsaturated ketones (or aldehydes) to unsaturated alcohols catalyzed by monodisperse Au25(SR)18 particles (see picture). Now that the structure of these nanoparticles is known, structure-activity correlations can be drawn. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH &. Co. KGaA,.
