摘要
Honeycomb-like alignments of carbon nanotubes were prepared by pyrolysis of a metal phthalocyanine at 950 degrees C in an Ar/H-2 flow. A simple synthetic method has been developed for a large-scale synthesis of aligned carbon nanotubes normal to a substrate surface.
