摘要
Construction and preliminary characterization of open tubular capillary column ion chromatography is described. Increasing the column temperature resulted in a dramatic increase of the column efficiency. Two different kinds of columns were developed and investigated for capillary ion chromatography. One was a 50 mu m i.d. fused silica capillary tubing, and another was a 50 mu m i.d. silica capillary coated with Latex particles (diameter: about 360nm). Both columns showed good separations of inorganic anions, although the capillary coated with Latex particles showed much larger retention than a bale silica capillary.
