摘要
Significant progress in the development of catalysts based on chirally modified metals, chiral polymers and heterogenized chiral metal complexes has been driven by experimental work to unravel the crucial properties of these complex catalytic systems. Experimental and theoretical studies aiming at rationalizing the structure of enantiodifferentiating transition states are indispensable to move from empirical to rational design. A few recent examples indicate the potential of such design strategy.
