摘要
Titanias with various silica contents were directly synthesized by the reaction of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TIP) and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in 1,4-butanediol. The products possessed large surface areas with small crystallite sizes, and exhibited remarkable thermal stabilities.
