摘要
Nephrolithiasis has previously been reported in approximately 4% of the patients (79 of 2,205) receiving indinavir sulfate, a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) specific protease inhibitor.(1) In general, these events were not associated with renal dysfunction and were resolved with hydration and temporary interruption of therapy. We report 2 cases seen at our institution in the last 2 months, involving indinavir sulfate induced nephrolithiasis leading to anuria and renal dysfunction.
