摘要
Several approaches for decreasing cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in patients with diabetes are reviewed. Aggressive control of blood glucose concentration, avoidance of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents, and administration of β1-adrenoceptor antagonists, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, and ACE inhibitors may benefit these patients.
