摘要：

A novel X-filter experiment based on H-1 PFG DQ spectroscopy is described. Excellent suppression of proton bound to C-13 and N-15 is achieved, Successful application of the method to a protein-ligand complex is demonstrated, (C) 1998 Academic Press.
