摘要：

The characteristics, management, and outcome of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who have undetermined electrocardiographic patterns as defined by their attending physicians, was assessed by the Euro Heart Survey of ACS. These patients constitute a high-risk group, are less likely to receive management recommended for patients with ACS, are more likely to develop in-hospital complications, and have higher mortality rates.
