摘要
Evaluation of surface-protein binding constants was discussed. Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry was used. Results showed that the transient surface-bound-protein/solution-phase-protein equilibrium can influence the protein MALDI ion signals. Surface-protein binding constants from MALDI were also calculated.
