摘要:
A low turn-on voltage is revealed by repeating field emission tests of NbS2, which is a highly reliable field emitter. Well-defined NbS 2 nanowires (see picture) can be generated in the bulk by direct heating of Nb and S powders in sealed quartz tubes in the presence of I 2.
