摘要
Layers of electron acceptor were formed on the ITO surface. Self-assembled monolayers of di-(3-aminopropyl)-viologen were formed by the dipping of ITO glass in methanol solution for 2 days. The surface concentration of di-(3- aminopropyl)-viologen was quantitatively measured to be 8.8 x 10(-10) mol/cm(2) by a Rutherford backscattering experiment. The amine functionality of the SAMs surface was further utilized to give second layers of phosphomolybdic acid, whose concentration was calculated to be 1.5 x 10(-10) mol/cm(2) by the integration of its reduction peak in cyclic voltarnmogram.
