摘要
High-resolution images of C3N3.6-4.5O1.1-1.2H4.1-4.2 showed nanocage and nanotube-like structures, which have cage and tube sizes in the range 10-500 nm. Electron diffraction of the cage structures showed diffuse ring patterns, and carbon and nitrogen were detected, which indicates a disordered CNx structure. Nanocrystalline grains encapsulated in CNx nanotubes and nanocapsules were also observed, and carbon, oxygen and a little nitrogen were detected. These nanocrystals showed clear diffraction reflections with ring patterns. The present work indicates that the new nanocage structures consisting of CNx-based materials can encapsulate the nanocrystals, which are expected as future functional harmonized materials.
