摘要
It can be well observed that Pb and Ni were accumulated in roots, while Cd, Zn and Mn were translocated into the leaves of poplars in the different age groups. Due to the domination of these mechanisms (accumulation in roots or translocation into the leaves) poplars can be useful for rhizofiltration (Pb, Ni) or phytoextraction (Cd, Zn, Mn) on the basis of the aim of phytoremediation. To carry out a field experiment are required to investigate the long term effect of HM’s on HM uptake and accumulation in poplar tissues.
