摘要：
The deregulated electric power industry continues to evolve. Thus, process industries will need to make many decisions in consumption and purchase of power to optimize their business operations. Manufacturers must be knowledgeable about what is happening with federal and state regulations, how the electric power industry is responding to the changing regulations and the marketplace, what the possible consequences of the changes are to the quality of power received, and how their companies consume and purchase electric power throughout their company locations.
