摘要
Three new taxoids, taxuspines K similar to M (1 similar to 3), have been isolated from stems of the Japanese yew Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc, and the structures elucidated on the basis of Taxuspine K (1) is the first example of a taxane diterpene containing a ring system with a tetrahydrofuran ring at C-2, C-3, C-4, and C-20 from yew trees.
