摘要：

The bioactive coatings based on a polyelectrolyte multilayer architecture functionalized by embedded proteins were studied. The preparation of functionalized biomaterial surfaces was based on the altered deposition of oppositely charged polyelectrolyte layers. The driving force for the construction was the charge excess that appeared during the film build-up process after each new polyelectrolyte deposition.
