摘要
The microtexture was examined using X-ray technique within small regions inside grains of the large-grained aluminium polycrystal deformed by tension up to strain 15%. It is shown that grains exhibit rather oscillations near initial orientation than regular lattice rotations expected for constrained crystals under tension. On the grain scale, orientation gradients occur with misorientation between a grain centre and a boundary region about 1 to 3°. Certain ordering of the substructure is detected by the microtexture measurements. This ordering, once developed at small strains, appears to be unstable under further deformation. It is suggested that observed peculiarities of the structure evolution are partly due to the specific specimen design that provides relatively weak constraint of single grains deformation.
