Fabrication of organic light-emitting devices by low-pressure cold welding

摘要
A method for high resolution patterning of metal cathode contacts for organic electronic devices using low pressure cold welding was demonstrated. In the demonstration, an array of efficient electrophosphorescent organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) was fabricated. The use of an elastomeric stamp allows for a thousand-fold decrease in the pressure needed for a high-yield pattern transfer as compared to that required with rigid stamps.
