摘要：

In eight patients with pyothorax-associated lymphoma (PAL), which resulted from artificial pneumothorax for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, seven patients received radiotherapy and five showed no local recurrence. All four patients treated by primary chemotherapy had disease progression. Radiotherapy of 50 Gy with wide margins is recommended to treat PAL. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
