Soft blocking of the dc term in Fourier optical systems

摘要
A technique utilizing an electron-trapping (ET) film to block the extended de term in a Fourier optical system film is proposed and demonstrated. Since the blocking process is actually based on the subtracting property of the ET film, it is a soft blocking, which differs from, and is better than, simple hard blocking with a stop.
