Highly sensitive and time-resolving optical sampling system using thin PPLN crystal

摘要
An optical sampling system has been improved to provide time resolution below Ips and a 22.5nm wavelength bandwidth by using a periodically poled lithium niobate crystal. An eye diagram for a 10Gbit/s optical signal could be obtained at 1mW peak power, and a 160Gbit/s optical signal could also be observed clearly.
