摘要：

It is known that there is an association between cannabis use and psychosis. Clinically we had thought that there were increasing numbers of patients admitted to hospital who were using cannabis and that this was affecting their illness. A study was therefore undertaken to determine the extent of cannab's use and its relationships over a one month period. The findings and their implications for junior doctors on-call are also discussed.
