摘要
SCoP is a general purpose simulation software program for the study of complex systems whose properties can be represented by a set of algebraic, differential, or difference equations. SCoP is particularly useful for models characterized by a system of coupled ordinary differential equations (ODEs), for example, PBPK models. SCoP weaknesses are in its outdated user interface and graphics. However, these weaknesses are overshadowed by SCoP's powerful modeling capabilities, speed, flexibility, and low cost.
