摘要
A search for O-28 With a 78 AMeV beam of the neutron-rich isotope S-36 has been performed for the first time. Evidence for the unbound character of O-28 was obtained. In the same experiment the half-lives of the very neutron-rich isotopes F-27,F-29 and Ne-30 were measured and those for Ne-28,Ne-29 and Na-30,Na-31 reexamined. The results are compared to shell-model predictions and conclusions drawn regarding the extent of the region of deformation around N = 20. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
