摘要
Different global kinetics for the oxidation of NO on platinum are compared in this work. The general form of the equation for the reaction rate is r = k center dot c(NO)(alpha) center dot c(O2)(beta) center dot c(NO2)(gamma) center dot TD delta with TD (1 - c(NO2) center dot c(NO)(-1) center dot c(O2)(-0.50) center dot K-1). Furthermore steady- state and temperatureprogrammed experiments were performed. The best results of simulation coupled with parameter estimation were obtained using alpha = 0.28, beta = 0.49, gamma = 0 and delta = 1, along with an activation energy of 47.5 kJ mol(-1).
