Development of a Low Temperature Phase Transforming Composed Material for Cool Storage

摘要
The cool storage technology is an effective route in transferring the peak load and in the balance of the conflicts between the power requirement and supplying. The development of the cool storage material is the basis to extend the cool storage technology. A cool storage material with phase transforming temperature in -30 A degrees C similar to aEuro parts per thousand 0 A degrees C, developed by this paper, has been widely used in medical and food storage. Simultaneously considering the safety and suitable density of the material, a mixture solution composed of ammonium chloride and ethylene alcohol has been gotten after selecting multiple organic and inorganic materials. Some heat properties of this composed solution in different mixture ratio were tested. The cool storage and release property was tested in low temperature refrigerator. The experiment and simulation demonstrated that the temperature distributed evenly in cool storage space, and the composed cool storage material can meet the need of experimental temperature ranges.
