摘要：

An ingestion of an unknown quantity of Zyprexa(TM) (olanzapine) tablets in a suicide is described. Biological fluid samples obtained at autopsy were analyzed for the presence of olanzapine by gas chromatography equipped with nitrogen-phosphorous detector and gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy. The blood concentration of olanzapine was 490 mu g/dl and the concentration in gastric contents was 4100 mu g/dl. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
